Chirpy Cherry Smoothie

 
Cherries are a low-calorie food with about only 100 calories appearing in one cup of cherries. They 🍒 also, help in losing weight and are a high fiber food that can keep you full for longer. 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries 🍒
  • 1 medium banana 🍌
  • 2 tbsp Plantnrgy Original Power Mix
  • 1 cup water (you can use plant-based milk or yogurt)
  • Mint for garnishing (optional)
  • Handful of ice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass
  4. Enjoy it!
