Chirpy Cherry Smoothie
Cherries are a low-calorie food with about only 100 calories appearing in one cup of cherries. They 🍒 also, help in losing weight and are a high fiber food that can keep you full for longer.
- 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries 🍒
- 1 medium banana 🍌
- 2 tbsp Plantnrgy Original Power Mix
- 1 cup water (you can use plant-based milk or yogurt)
- Mint for garnishing (optional)
- Handful of ice
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Enjoy it!
