We are on a mission to help people get optimal nourishment with a natural and nutrient-dense blend of plant-based mixes.
Growing up in an Indian family where agriculture was life, Plantnrgy was already a part of me from the start. My family was always cooking with farm produce, and life was all-natural. Even illnesses were mostly treated with naturals, like turmeric, ginger, cloves, ashwagandha, pepper, and other spices!
The amount of protein and superfoods we needed wasn’t anything to worry about, as the lentils, beans, and spices that we ate along with the produce were enough to give us the nutrition we needed.
But now, with our busy lifestyle, trying to find a quick and easy way to get wholesome plant-based meals is a real struggle. Being a working parent and a health nut, my biggest challenge was to find a balanced approach to start my day. I kept trying to find a clean source of protein that I could add in my breakfasts, but the product labels were overwhelming, tons of unnecessary ingredients with many that I did not even understand.
I finally decided to take it into my own hands and make my mixes for my family. This decision was great for our life and reminded us that what we want is what goes into our bodies. Plantnrgy was born to end the cravings we had to meet our daily nutritional needs. I am excited to share our products with you and help you embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Together, we can continue to share the fact that making the right food choice is upon us; we do not need to accept products full of artificial or synthetic ingredients. All it needs is being conscious and committed.
When I don’t craft products…
I spend my day thinking about charitable giving, and how I can support more people to get on their philanthropic journey. It is one of the most fun and fulfilling job I could have imagined doing. The rest of my time is savored for arguing with my five-year-old on questions like why he can’t get an iPhone on his birthday, cherishing every moment of conversation with my 12-year-old, and enjoying time with my family.
