This Golden Dream Blend is so good! It tastes earthy, warm, and spicy. The perfect drink before bed. I blended mine with warm coconut milk and honey, it was delicious. About 30 minutes after I finished it I was pretty drowsy and falling asleep was easy. I woke up feeling well rested the next morning. Would definitely recommend this to a friend!
